This video demonstrates what you should do if your Corpuls3/C3T is not charging correctly. Usually, it is very easy to resolve with the following check and procedure:
1. Use a 'fibre glass pen' to clean the contact points of the magnetic charging location
2. Use a dry cloth to clean the other areas of the charging point. ‘’NOTE: We recommend to clean the area with a dry cloth for routine maintenance, if cleaning wipes or solution are required, completely dry the area before placing device back on charge.’’
3. Plug in the magnetic charger and look for the light on the monitor to confirm the device is connected and charging correctly. (The light will be green if fully charged, and amber if partially charged).
